Menstrual Health and Hygiene is an essential factors for the well-being of women and adolescent girls. Hence, training for it becomes even more important. Keeping this in mind, The Pinkishe Foundation, on the 4th of May, 2022, BRGs of Kharkhoda Block Smt Sunita Sharma and Shri Rajnish Sharma conducted a Menstrual Health and Hygiene training session where they imparted training to 39 teachers of respective schools in Kharkhoda. It was heartening to see Rajnish Sir explaining the process of periods to all the attendees and emphasizing the normalization of the process of periods. These trained teachers further educated 1305 girls studying in their respective schools about Menstrual Health and Hygiene. On any given day more than 300 million women across the world are menstruating and it's our duty to make the process of menstruation smoother for them.
