Kavitha is the Founder & Managing Director of Communicare Education and Training LLP. She is a Training and Operations Specialist, Entreprenuer and mum, who is passionate about creating an inclusive eco system for children with special needs. Being a trained professional in Special Needs and a special parent herself , she is focused on imparting need based training programmes to empower parents, educators and caregivers of children with special needs. Kavitha is the Maharashtra State Coordinator for Organisation For Rare Diseases, India ( ORDI ) She is an Internationally Certified 'Heal Your Life™️ Workshop' Leader and is a certified in Personal Counseling.
