PinkisheFoundation Covid19 LockdownSeries (Episode 20)

A pad donation drive was conducted on 24th June 2020 in Howrah (ward no 27) 3000 pads were donated to around 500 females in the community.

This drive was executed under the supervision of Debanjana Batra and with the cooperation of Ms. Mallika Roychowdhury , Counselor, Howrah ward no 27 to help female daily wage labourers who have been rendered jobless due to the COVID19 lockdown. These women who are otherwise aware about menstrual hygiene were forced to resort to old cloth during their menstruation due to the financial crunch.
